If you collect Mongolian stamps you should know that the main printout was in Sheetlets of 8.
Top row only stamps were printed in sheets of 40 and were sent to USSR, where almost all sheets were torn
and the stamps were sold to holders of Mongolian stamps abonnement. Only few were torn in pairs.
It is very hard to find the stamps from the full sheets
